The presence of obstacles such as the quality of networks and infrastructures in rural areas, geographical barriers by distance for access to adapted professional training, the absence of basic digital skills and aggravated situations of gender inequality or in groups with disability, advise testing and validating new learning approaches based on combining e-learning training with face-to-face professional training with flexible and adapted tools (mobile classroom with multipurpose teaching resources) brought to, depending on demand, disadvantaged rural areas.
The project aims to validate this methodology (flexible tools and two intellectual products: manual and guide) through a demonstrative pilot action carried out in 4 geographical itineraries of the 4 participating countries (25 municipalities of the rural environment) through qualification in a profile ideal for employment and social inclusion in the European rural environment.
